User Content
You retain all rights to the images you upload to the App for analysis. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images through our AI service providers solely for the purpose of providing authentication analysis.
DMCA Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through the App, please notify us by providing the following information:

Counter-Notification

- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
