How accurate is the AI analysis?

Our AI uses multiple advanced models for consensus-based verification. While highly accurate, results should be used as guidance, not definitive proof. Accuracy depends on image quality and product characteristics.

How do scan credits work?

Each successful analysis consumes one credit. Credits never expire and are only deducted when analysis completes successfully. You get 1 free scan to try the app.

Can I get a refund for credits?

Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store, as all purchases are processed through Apple's payment system. Contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.

Are my photos stored anywhere?

Photos are only stored locally on your device for your scan history. They are sent to AI providers for analysis but are not stored on our servers after processing.

What products can I scan?

You can scan any physical product. Best results come from products with distinctive branding, logos, or packaging. The AI analyzes quality indicators like materials, craftsmanship, and printing quality.

How many photos should I take?

Take 1-3 clear photos from different angles. Include logos, tags, labels, and any distinctive features. Better image quality leads to more accurate analysis.

Can I restore my purchases on a new device?

Yes! Use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app to restore your credits when signing in with the same Apple ID on a new device.

Is there a subscription option?

Currently, we only offer pay-per-scan packs. This gives you flexibility to purchase credits as needed without ongoing subscriptions.
